VILLA VIGNETO
3 dager her er selvsagt altfor lite. Det visste vi jo, men slik ble det denne gangen. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit og anbefaler dette stedet for alle som vil ha noen rolige dager i Italias (verdens) beste vindistrikt.
Der er terapi å vandre mellom vinrankene når sola går ned bak åsen. Jeg tok meg en rusletur til den lokale kirken, oppå haugen. Passerer hasselnøttgårder og solsikkeenger, en trivelig kar på en traktor og ei illsint italiensk kvinne som kjefter på guttene sine.
På kirkegården kjenner jeg igjen namn fra viner på de største familiegravene. De skuer utover dalen.
På Villa Vigneto, som er en passe stor vingård, har vi leigt oss inn noen netter. Vertinnen gir oss omvisning og forklarer. Fantastisk god vin, har vunnet priser og greier.
Så viser hun oss en restaurant vi sikkert ikke hadde funnet selv, opp en bakke og inn et smug. Matretter til å drømme om.
Volleyball i bassenget og grilling i tunet, frokost under parasollen og de deiligste viner i glasset🍷🍇☀️

Wonderful spot and apartment
Fantastic host and apartment.Lots of room. Close to everything you need and also a little away from it all so you can enjoy the peace. Beautiful vineyards. Great view. Close to great restaurants or use the full kitchen to make your own meal! We also enjoyed a cooking class with a local chef. Best place we stayed in 3 weeks. Thank you Eva!

“Our rental car was not ready when we arrived and we were late to meet Eva but we were still greeted with open arms. It’s nice being treated like your family. I can’t say enough about how happy we were with everything. The bed was the best we slept in during our 18 days in Italy. Every morning the bright sun was out on the outside deck were we started everyday enjoying coffee etc. I would love to come back again skipping the tours/crowds throughout Italy and stay at least a week.”
Stayed for a week at Villa Vigneto. Very well located at the SP456 (no bumpy or off-road track but easily to reach). Asti within 25 mins, Nizza Monferrato just around the corner and Alba/Barolo/Barbaresco all within 30-60 minutes by car.
Groceries at Lidl Canelli (6km) with bakery so fresh bread every morning.
Location of the villa is excellent!
Villa Vigneto is beautiful. Swimming pool, gym, spacious meeting room with television and beautiful garden with enough sun beds, chairs and table. Surroundings are well maintained, the same for the apartement.
Lovely views from the apartment and/or terrace. Apartement was clean and well equipped, Dishwasser, fan, coffee maker, hair dryer, enough towels and a good bed. Wifi worked for 100% during our stay but we had a very weak signal in our apartement. Outside the apartement it worked fine.
We had an excellent stay and loved this place. Will definitley come back and very recommendable!
Fantastic place to be, not only for wine lovers but for all kind with its lovely property with pool and relaxing atmosphere and area.
Have been here for 8 days with friends and a lovely staff, and every day have been filled with joy, fantastic food and wine and not to forget, the antics marked in Asti city with its lovely calm atmosphere .
Looking forward to next time to visit Villa Vigneto
